Financing for energy-efficiency retrofits
The Texas LoanSTAR (Saving Taxes and Resources) Revolving Loan Program provides low-interest financing for energy-related, cost-reduction retrofit projects at eligible Texas public institutions, including public school districts and public colleges and universities. Borrowers repay the loans through the energy cost savings realized by the retrofit.
