Westfield Fashion Square

The retrofit and overhaul of the Westfield Fashion Square (Sherman Oaks, California) parking garage lighting systems included over 600 fixtures. Two parking structures in the shopping mall were upgraded to LED tubes and fixtures. The main parking garage fixtures are controlled by occupancy sensors so that in low traffic times of the day, lights can dim until movement is detected.

Overall, the LED retrofit reduced the energy in the parking structures by 75.92% compared to their pre-existing lighting system.
