Village One Plaza

In 2023, Village One Plaza was upgraded to LED lighting with site lighting controls. The property owners knew it was time to upgrade when maintenance costs became too costly and the lighting had significant color shifting. WLS created a photometric layout and proposal for all new LED site lighting. By upgrading the center’s lighting to LED with netLiNK, Village One Plaza has achieved 91% energy savings.

Our exclusive outdoor site lighting controls, netLiNK Controls, was installed on the property. The netLiNK Controls system allows you to monitor the existing parking lot fixtures, report back to end-user if any issues occur, and increase energy savings by dimming the fixtures during the early morning hours.
