Festival at Sawmill

In 2023, Fillmore Property Group took the sustainable step to upgrade their Festival at Sawmill property to LED lighting and controls. WLS stepped in to help the client meet their new lighting requirements and sustainability standards. WLS created a value engineered lighting site plan and proposal for all new parking lot and building LED lighting. The existing 112 pole mounted fixtures were replaced with 89 new LED pole-mounted fixtures and a mix of 492 existing HID & Fluorescent fixtures were replaced with 492 new LED building-mounted fixtures.

In addition, our exclusive outdoor site lighting controls, netLiNK Controls, was installed on the property. The netLiNK Controls system allows Fillmore Property Group to monitor the existing parking lot fixtures, report back to end-user if any issues occur, and increase energy savings by dimming the fixtures during the early morning hours.
