Carrollton Town Center

In 2021, Carrollton Town Center was scheduled for a major redevelopment that featured an upgrade to common areas and to exterior LED lighting. The previous HID lighting no longer lived up to the center’s new renovation standards. The client’s goal was to increase the current light levels on the property’s lighting using existing poles and locations. WLS stepped in to achieve our client’s goals and create a value engineered lighting site plan and proposal for all new LED area, wall pack, and festoon lighting.

Carrollton Town Center is also outfitted with our exclusive site lighting controls, netLiNK Controls . The netLiNK Controls System provides customers with complete insight and control of their site lighting and significantly reduces maintenance and utility costs by way of dimming the LED lighting fixtures. Users have visibility into their entire portfolio of lighting systems from any smart device at any time.
