Brazos Town Center I & II

In 2021, Brazos Town Center was scheduled for a significant redevelopment that consisted of upgrades to all exterior lighting. The previous HID lighting no longer lived up to the center’s new renovation standards. The client’s goal was to increase the current light levels on the property using existing poles and locations. WLS stepped in to achieve our client’s goals and create a value engineered lighting site plan and proposal for all new LED area and wall pack lighting.

In addition to new LED lighting, the site lighting is also outfitted with our exclusive site lighting controls, netLiNK Controls. The netLiNK Controls System provides customers with complete insight and control of their site lighting and significantly reduces maintenance and utility costs by way of dimming the LED lighting fixtures. Users have visibility into their entire portfolio of lighting systems from any smart device at any time.
